Fran, based in Kinsale, Co. Cork, has lived in Paris, Okinawa, San Diego, and New Orleans. She has traveled extensively across North Africa, the Middle East, Asia and North America, where she lived most extensively and raised a family. Fran’s passion for her native country brought her back 20 years ago where she has since devoted her career to teaching and more recently, the luxury tourism industry.
